Open Level - Dance Fundamentals

Based on Student attendance and participation, a new movement will be introduced and incorporated into an easy combination

If you are early for a class, please wait in the lounge area until the class starts.

Please arrive to class 10-15 minutes early in order to check in and get ready.

Wear something comfortable and loose.

Level 1, a full skirt, hip shawl,yoga pants, pantaloons and/or leggings are all appropriate.

Level 2, a full skirt or pantaloons with hair pinned up away from face and neck are required.

Only dance shoes or bare feet are allowed in the studios.

Maria "Naja" Richardson, is a certified Fat Chance ATS® Teacher and is Director of Tribe Hamsa and a founding member of Manhattan Tribal. She has taught Tribal Fusion and now teaches the Fat Chance Belly Dance® Format and Techniques. Naja is available for private, semi-private and workshops as well in the New York and New Jersey area.
